Need some ideas

Okay. I've been farting around knocking up some Christmas fairy lights. But I can not think of a decent background for it.
As this is a gif image, and there are glows. The back ground has to cover the full image.

Think i'll have to use Genetica to knock out a seamless texture of some holly. That's if I can remember how to use it.

If it helps, Alpha transparency is supported in Animated .pngs, and most browsers appear to work well enough with them that you could use that functionality to save a ton of gif-based issues.
(Don't ask me how to generate the things, though!!!)

Well what can I say.  I can not help if I'm a perfectionist.

I'll be going with the 2400x175 webp image. All the modern browsers since 2020 should now support that file format. I haven't seen how Safari looks with the image yet.
