Well if the CMake file actually works, and all the necessary support libraries are included. You can build it yourself.
Just install CMake and a compiler. Use CMake-GUI to point to the sources and a build directory. Start configuration to select the build tool/compiler. Change directory into the build directory and run the build tool/project.

im using .bat win10 it dosent like the ./if linux i believe!?

You could use MSYS2 and build it the UNIX way.

Ive been working on this for a couple of weeks now, and im one or two steps away from being COMPLETLEY Bootstrap Free. My Dos days have come in very handy but .cmd has a lot of false command line triggers.

.ps1 is something ive dabbled with but MSYS2 is something that keeps popping up!? 

I certainly am out off my comfort zone but over the last 6 years or so im getting used to it. 

But Cmax or BlitzmaxBG is definatly in the making ive already added commands etc.. Useful ones i mean.     

Its aimed strictly at 2D and Emulator creation!

By .ps1 you mean Powershell.
MSYS2 is basically a posix shell for Windows. And is a successor to msys that was originally for MinGW32. The other Windows shell was CygWin, which is not recommended with having to distribute the cygwin dynamic link library with anything you build.
