You can also get the expanding foam post fix, but, I wouldnt trust it really, especially where I live on the side of a valley and when the storms blow in the right direction, whistling down the valley, nowt is safe!

That Postcrete stuff is amazing. I never know how much water to add. May be i should read the Instructions  ;D

Cannot beat a breaky uppy mode, saves the hand cramps and chipped knuckles knocking ten bells out of a chod of conc with a hammer and chisel.

I have a massive JCB drill with a concrete breaky uppy mode which has got me out of jail free a couple of times replacing rotted fence posts that has been concreted in.

Putting my 2 deckings in.... I've dug enough post holes to last me a life time... I feel sorry for the future poor sod who may want to shift'em... Like most things I do, I tend to go over the top, and as such, I've probably got shares in postcrete! :D

Consult a qualified electrician for compliance with BS 7671 and local building Regs! Avoid areas where future digging is likely. ;)

That depends on where the cable is to run. Minimum depth in a garden in 450mm. Under pavements 600mm.

I never posted very often at either Syntaxbomb or Socoder, but decided to sign up here anyway.  But wanted to ask why there isn't a category for Godot?

Because at Syntaxbomb, noone posted in that specific forum it seemed, so really, when setting up the forum, I didn't think it was necessary, there was a few languages the same, they were there, and noone seemed bothered, hence the "Other Languages" forum in the list.

If you want one adding, I'll certainly add it if it's going to be used, just let me know, or, stick it in other marking the thread title at the end with "(Godot)" and if there is enough post to look like its busy, then I would of added and moved them all over anyway.

Bonsoir peeps, Blitzplotter still here - plugging away now and then.

Started coding in...... 1983 - maybe four on a ZX Spectrum. 17+25 - jeez louise!

Gave up coding for a bit - girls and work then girls featured for a while - then I did a bit of assembly coding on PIC 16F84's - Blitz3D was and is more fun than assembly.  :D

AGK or BLitz3D is my coding things of choice...... Glad to see so many of the old crew here! Happy coding peeps.

Dabzy

Welcome aboard me auld fruit, another old face wandering through the saloon doors! :D ;) hehehe
