Well, I have been on a new diet like, dropped 3 stone in total, went from an XL to a medium, and 36" waist to a 32"! :) Had to because of health issues, I'll not bore you's but aye, new bloke me as it happens... Still shit at birthday presents like! ;)

48 and a full head of hair here, but the fattage is out of control. I've been considering Wegovy. It's the only thing that will stop and eat away at the lardo the greek cypriot kebabs have caused.  :D

Going grey is worst. At least if you go bald you save money on shampoo.

Not sure what I would consider worst. Going grey at 35, or losing your hair. Though if Vin Diesel, Bruce Willis, The Rock and Jason Statham can pull it off  the hair loss with no issues, then any man can.

:D Certainly did... Though, I've noticed a bit of receeding hairline there... Bloody hell, I'm running about like a ginger Vic Reeves on MasterChef: https://tinyurl.com/3fbt4s5f :D hehehe

If you are thinking of switching to Linux. Beware!

This came up on my Youtube feed late last night.

This was definitely targeted towards Windows users thinking of switching to Linux. It was a torrent file that downloaded a Windows executable.
What surprised me more is that nobody from Canonical or the xubuntu team even noticed that the site had bee compromised for a few days. When Linux Mint got hacked about ten years ago. Clem spotted it within few hours.

If any one is thinking of switching to Linux.
Follow the installation instructions.
But generally you:
Download the iso or image file.
Check the sha checksum against the file on the site.
The use a Privacy Guard application to check that the binary is legitimate. You can find the GNU versions from here, if you are a Windows user. If you are already on Linux, this is usually already installed, or in the distributions repository.
If you've dug yourself into a hole. Just keep digging. You're bound to come out the other side eventually.
