I need a few free bits and pieces for gamedev again but for the life of me I don't know what to look for.

I need photoshop like software.
Any pixel animation software.
Sound editor & FX making software.

All must be free. Any linkydinks.....?

If you look at the general game dev section in the forum list, JD has lists of loads of stuff!
