I was looking into develping for the Atari VCS but I guess they don't except new devs anymore. Couldn#t find the link to apply.

I don't think it is. It's looks to be the same size as the normal Atari 2600+ (https://atari.com/collections/atari-2600-plus).

@Baggey no because it accepts full sized 2600 cartridges.
